Schrödinger's cat is a renowned paradox which says that a cat can be dead or alive at a time according to a certain operation is executed. More elaborately to say, suppose, a cat is in a closed box in such a way that it is not visible from outside while the operation is being executed in the box. The operation has two possible outcomes,one causes the cat to die and the other causes the cat to live. Therefore, it is not possible to understand from outside about the exact phase of the cat and that's what called the paradox of Schrödinger's cat.
If we ask ourselves what is 'love'? Then the answer may vary from person to person. It can be called as affection, understanding, care or may be a mixture of all these. A mixture of these have two outcomes, one is giving affection, taking care, trying to understand and the other is getting affection, getting care and attention and making one to understand. i.e. these mixture have two outcomes, giving and taking. When ratio of them is even little bit unbalanced then the words like 'hatred', 'misunderstanding' take birth where 'love' disappears and the paradox 'compromise' replaces the paradox of Schrödinger's cat.
But what if love is all about 'giving' instead of a mixture of 'giving' and 'taking'? A love which is a function of 'giving' is a certain event which has probability 1. Readers please pardon me to explain mathematically but I can't help it. Because, Mathematics is not only a mother of science but a philosophy to understand life. Love becomes eternal when it has no chance of disappearing i.e. it has a probability 1. It sounds ridiculous for common people like us. Its as if taking care of a flower tree for years and not being able to see a single flower's blooming. But sometimes, paradox like Schrödinger's cat happens into reality. For example, when time is itself so uncertain why the rhythm of Pendulum for measuring time is so certain? Why a passionate scientist sticks to his work when there is no certainity of getting results? All of us even not being a scientist always search something in our life not being sure about reaching to our destination. So, what if we do not think about our destination of 'taking' or 'getting' but only go through the process of 'giving' to enjoy the love just as a scientist enjoys science or we enjoy the journey of search of our life no matter whether any of us reach to our destination or not.
We have seen Jesus to pray to god for his killer, to forgive them. We have seen in Hindu's 'Geeta' Lord Krishna told that 'enjoy what you do without having any expectation about your result'. Islam says all about love. No religion in this world says 'hate' or 'commit violence' or 'make people obliged to follow you' or 'dominate' but says to 'love'. A 'love' without expectation is a 'love' which has probability 1. Shri Ramakrishna said long before that when one can love God with a mixture of love of a mother, of a lover, of children for their parents, of a friend then he/she can get the God no matter whether he/she calls the God with the name 'Allah', 'Bhagwan' or 'Christ'. ' Veda ' says 'Srinwantu Vishwe Amritashyo Putra' and 'Basudhaiba kutumbakam' which means 'The world is your home and all the residents of this world are your family and every member of your family is child of God.' Swami Vivekananda said 'No matter whether one who stands in front of you is a human or a beast (depending on the holy and evil qualities in him), God resides in him and so serve him with your pure love as if you are serving God'.
Just imagine a world where there is no jealousy, no hatred. Everyone loves each other in form of 'giving' without calculating about its 'return' or thinking about his destination. Jealous, hatred can't standby along with love. So, there is no crime, no terrorism. In other words, no inauspicious things. If 'God' means auspicious and 'Devil' means inauspicious then guess what? 'God' is none but a 'Pure Love' which is independent of expectation and an implicit function of mother's, lover's, friend's, sibling's or children's love.
One can question then what is the relation of pure love with the paradox of Schrödinger's cat if its all about 'giving'? Because there is no mixed phase as its a certain event. 'Impossible' is such a word which says itself that 'I am possible'. Every time you take the repeated meaning imposed on the word 'Impossible', alternatively you can find its meaning as 'possible' and 'Impossible'. Then what is the correct meaning of 'Impossible'? Pure love is like that. If one starts loving purely, then even if he doesn't expect the same from other but like the reflex arc he will get return of it. The only thing that people need to keep patience, to forget expectations. Because, everyone knows that nothing can be sweeter than a success which comes after a long perseverance and waiting. So even if one doesn't expect to take but he has to take and finally in this way 'Love' becomes a mixture of giving and taking which starts the arguement from beginning of this writing. Finally readers who started to think I am talking all about platonic love, can feel assured now thinking that definition of love which I am trying to convey has nothing to do with 'platonic' but to do with 'passion' . Because, 'passion for love' is the only thing which can dominate 'expectation' and hence can give birth of a 'pure love' which is all of our destination, our 'God' and which is a mixed phase of 'give and take'. Having 'expectation' as an outcome of 'give and take' makes love to die and not having 'expectation' as an outcome makes love to exist and therefore love is all about a paradox of Schrödinger's cat.
